BioI'm Rufus Shinra, president of Shin·Ra Electric Power Company. That makes me the most powerful man in Midgar and maybe in the whole continent. My father was a pretentious ass that couldn't control the people beneath him and didn't understand a thing about the powers he was playing with. But I know better. And now that Sephiroth, Jenova and Weapon are no longer a menace, I'm planning on proving it.
